School Bus Safety Week is October 19th through October 23rd. In recognition of school bus safety week, our school bus drivers at Port Leyden Elementary School have chosen a student from each bus route that displayed good conduct while riding the bus to and from school each day. The students were awarded a certificate as well as a $5.00 coupon good toward the purchase of a book at our scholastic book fair. The coupon was awarded from our PTO. The students chosen are pictured below:
