I am a 1995 South Lewis graduate. After high school I went to Jefferson Community College where I received my Associates degree in Liberal Arts. Then, I went on to SUNY Potsdam and received a Bachelors' degree in Elementary Education and Literature. Later, I received my Master's degree in Reading.
I have been teaching 4th grade since 2010. I enjoy working with my students and watching them grow. I am the Port Leyden Elementary Student Council Advisor and the Summer School Coordinator.
I have three children; Dillon, Jayden, and Lyla.
